Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters related to the use of pregnancy and parenting calculator services (hereinafter "Service") provided by BabyG (hereinafter "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Service" refers to pregnancy, parenting, and health-related calculators and information provision services provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to a person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Content" refers to all information, text, images, calculation results, etc. provided in the Service.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)
- These Terms take effect for all users who intend to use the Service.
- The Company may change these Terms when deemed necessary, and if the Terms are changed, the Company will notify users of the changes through service notices 7 days before the implementation date.
- If users do not agree to the changed Terms, they may discontinue using the Service.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Pregnancy-related calculators (ovulation date, pregnancy weeks, due date, etc.)
- Baby-related calculators (feeding amount, growth and development, vaccination schedule, etc.)
- Health-related calculators (BMI, water intake, etc.)
- Parenting information (dictionary, development guide, etc.)
- The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
- The Company may temporarily suspend service provision for reasons such as system inspection, maintenance, and replacement, and will notify users in advance in such cases.
Article 5 (Service Use)
- The Service is provided free of charge.
- Users can use the Service without separate membership registration procedures.
- Information entered for Service use is stored only in the user's browser and is not sent to the Company's server.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
- Entering false information when using the Service
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or transmission of the Company's Service for commercial purposes
- Acts that interfere with the stable operation of the Service
- Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information of other users
- Acts intended for criminal purposes or related to criminal acts
- Acts that violate good customs or other social order
Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright and Use Restrictions)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
- Users must not use information obtained through the Service for profit-making purposes or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the Company.
Article 8 (Advertisement Placement)
- The Company may place advertisements on service screens in relation to service operation.
- Users who intend to use services with advertisements are deemed to have agreed to the placement of advertisements.
- The Company is not responsible for losses and damages arising from transactions made through advertisements posted on the Service.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision if the Service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
- The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions due to user's fault.
- The Company is not responsible for profits expected by users from using the Service, nor for damages caused by materials obtained through the Service.
- The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, and facts posted by users on the Service.
Article 10 (Notice that This is Not a Medical Service)
- All calculation results and information provided in this Service are for reference only and cannot replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Users must consult with medical professionals before making health-related decisions.
- The Company is not responsible for health problems arising from the use of the Service.
Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company is not responsible for any damages to users related to the free Service, except for damages caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company strives to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for damages.
- For disputes arising from the use of the Service, Korean law shall be the governing law if a lawsuit is filed.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 13 (Personal Information Protection)
The Company strives to protect users' personal information. Matters related to personal information protection are subject to a separate Privacy Policy.
These Terms take effect from January 1, 2025.
